VOLUNTEER

We appreciate and thank you for your interest in volunteering at Triangle Bikeworks (TBW). Volunteers are vital to our success! Whether it’s helping us guide the youth or behind the scenes in the office, we’re happy that you, as a volunteer, are glad to lend your expertise in creating a more equitable society for youth of color.

By becoming a volunteer at TBW, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of a great organization that prides itself on providing transformative experiences that engage youth in history, culture, and the environment.

While here, you’ll spend time strengthening skills or developing new ones. Undoubtedly leaving you with the satisfaction of knowing that, in your own way, you made a difference.

We greatly appreciate your dedication to participate in laying the foundation for the youth to find success in their lives!

WHAT OUR VOLUNTEERS SAY

“I loved seeing the youth cyclists push their boundaries, grow in confidence and strength, and have fun through the ups and downs of challenging days in the saddle and interpersonal relationships they built with each-other and the coaches.”

WHAT OUR VOLUNTEERS SAY

“Two things that impressed me about the SnR youth is their commitment to accomplishing a goal they didn’t quite understand yet, and their unflagging optimism about being able to reach that goal.”

WHAT OUR VOLUNTEERS SAY

Watching the young people persevere on the ride was inspiring. As a coach, I thought it would be difficult to motivate them, but in reality their energy, dedication and commitment grew as the trip Went on. You can literally see them finding themselves and hitting their stride as the days went by.
